Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos of the product and packaging for verification.
Refunds
Once your issue is verified, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or expired
- Wrong product delivered
- Package lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after product delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery
